The End.

The end of Divergence will not be decided by me, but by you.

The end is now.

Divergence was an experiment. For an experiment to be determined a success or a failure, it must first end.

I will not decide the end.

Convergence is a 2 part project: a physical auction and a generative collection.

In order to receive the 1/1 physical piece “to be continued”, you have to win the auction. That being said, I’m not asking for your money. I’m not asking for funding. I’m asking for attention.

Each “bid” towards the physical auction is actually just a low-priced (0.01 ETH) mint of the generative collection. Upon minting, a 24 hour clock is reset. If the clock ticks to 0, you win the physical piece.

To win the physical auction, you don’t have to spend hundreds of dollars in ETH. You simply have to care. Once the auction closes, minting will cease, and the convergence will complete. The end of Divergence necessarily means that nobody cares anymore, but until then it will live on.

The auction closed on January 13th with token #236

 FAQs

  • Convergence on its own is a generative art collection, entitling each person who mints a unique generative NFT.

  • Convergence mints are just .01 Ether

  • Convergence has no limit to how many mints you can do per wallet. Rather, the limit is that you can’t mint twice in a row.

If you mint a piece, you must wait until someone else mints to mint another.

  • To Be Continued is the physical counterpart to Convergence. A 1/1 physical art book with 24 pages. You can read more about To Be Continued here.

  • The physical piece, To Be Continued, will be shipped to the last person to mint Convergence.

Each time someone mints Convergence, the clock is reset to 24 hours. If that clock ticks to 0, minting is closed and so is the auction.

  • Supply will be determined by the minters!

Every time a mint is done, the clock is set to 24 hours. If that clock ticks to 0, minting is halted and supply will be capped.
